MACH ONE YEAR LIMITED
WARRANTY
Mach® warrants its products to withstand normal use for the purpose designed and intended when manufactured for a period of one (1) year from the original retail sale date to the original retail consumer when purchased directly from Mach or an authorized Mach reseller. Mach® will at its option repair or replace Mach® products when required for the warranty period and return the product to the owner at no additional cost to the owner.
Numerous products have been manufactured under variations of the Mach® name and under the Mach® Logo by multiple businesses over the past 50 years. This warranty is specifically for products manufactured on behalf of Mach® of Springfield, Missouri USA since January 1, 2010. Mach® products manufactured by or on behalf of other entities prior to January 1, 2010 are not covered by this warranty.
In all circumstances, this Warranty is limited in value to the original retail value of the product and is limited to actual damage to the Mach® product and only the Mach® product. Loss of a product, and loss / damage of a product or parts due to the attempted repair or servicing of a Mach® product by any person or business other than Mach® or Mach® Authorized Warranty Service Agent, and damage caused by or resulting from abuse, misuse, lack of recommended maintenance, accident, acts of God, and shipping damages occurring in transit to Mach® or Mach® Authorized Agent are outside the scope of Mach® Limited Warranty and will be repaired through Mach® after warranty services at the expense of the consumer. Any products replaced by Mach® will be new or remanufactured by a Mach® Authorized Agent with the same or next model upgrade product. Mach® will return warranted products to the consumer by reasonable means as determined by Mach®. Express or expedited services are the responsibility of the consumer as is sending the product to Mach®, or Mach® Authorized Agent, for Warranty Service. Mach® and Mach® Service Agents as authorized by Mach® are the sole agents authorized to repair or replace Mach® products under the terms of this warranty. Only written changes by an officer of Mach® can alter the terms or conditions of this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights including additional rights extended by some states which do not allow certain exclusions and limitations. Any action brought against Mach® for the purpose of settling a warranty dispute shall be brought and litigated in the State of Missouri, County of Greene.

Mach® warrants to the original retail customer that this rod is free from nonconformities in materials and construction. We will, at our option, repair or replace any non-conforming Mach® rod returned to us with postage prepaid* with a like or similar rod. In all cases, this Limited One Year Warranty is limited in value to the original retail value of Mach® rod originally purchased and is solely limited to actual damage to the Mach® rod originally purchased. If Mach® determines that your damaged rod is not covered by the Mach® Limited One Year Rod Warranty, we will contact you to provide options of purchasing a replacement rod at a reduced warranty charge.
Please note that this warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers, rod damage or loss resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, direct or consequential damages caused by attempted or completed repairs completed by anyone other than a Mach® Authorized Warranty Service Agent, neglect, accident, Act of God, or shipping damages.
MACH ONE YEAR LIMITED COMBO WARRANTY
Mach® warrants to the original retail customer that this combo is free from nonconformities in material and construction. We will, at our option, repair or replace any non-conforming Mach® combo returned to us with postage prepaid* with a like or similar combo. In all cases, this Limited One Year Warranty is limited in value to the original retail value of the Mach® combo originally purchased and is solely limited to actual damage to the Mach® combo originally purchased. If Mach® determines that your damaged combo is not covered by the Mach® Limited One Year Combo Warranty, we will contact you to provide options of purchasing a replacement combo at a reduced warranty charge.

MACH TWO YEAR LIMITED ROD WARRANTY

In all cases, this Limited Two Year Warranty is limited in value to the original retail value of Mach® rod originally purchased and is solely limited to actual damage to the Mach® rod originally purchased. If Mach® determines that your damaged rod is not covered by the Mach® Limited Two Year Rod Warranty, we will contact you to provide options of purchasing a replacement rod at a reduced warranty charge.

In all cases, this Limited Five Year Warranty is limited in value to the original retail value of Mach® rod originally purchased and is solely limited to actual damage to the Mach® rod originally purchased. If Mach® determines that your damaged rod is not covered by the Mach® Limited Five Year Rod Warranty, we will contact you to provide options of purchasing a replacement rod at a reduced warranty charge.

Mach® warrants to the original retail customer that this rod is free from non conformities in materials and construction. We will, at our option, repair or replace any non-conforming Mach® rod returned to us with postage prepaid* with a like or similar rod. In all cases, this Limited Lifetime Warranty is limited in value to the original retail value of the Mach® fishing rod originally purchased and is solely limited to actual damage to the Mach® rod originally purchased. If Mach® determines that your damaged rod is not covered by the Mach® Limited Lifetime Rod Warranty, we will contact you to provide options of purchasing a replacement rod at a reduced warranty charge.
This warranty covers Mach fishing rods manufactured after January 1, 2010 only
